Food is very impotant to everypeople on overthe world and important to me too ^o^...This imformation ,I get in encyclopedia book and search online .This book is Encyclopedia AMERICANA.It was published in 2004 and volume number is on11 .The last century has produced enormous improvements in food production, preservation, storage and shipping. Today almost every locale in the world has access to not only its traditional cuisine, but also to many other world cuisines as well.Inaddition ,cuisine is concluding with beverage,meat ,plant .... There are also different cultural attitudes to food . Longtime ago ,the man obtain his food by hunting animal ,and he bagan to raise his own seed ,although he didnot know those seeds .however ,he believe to have started about 10,000 years ago .In the 3.3billion human begins on earth in 1965citizen pf develop coutries and poor country of Asia ,South America ,and Africa .On the average each person needed the energy and protein the same as 570punds(287kg) of wheat and rice a year .
Rice is member of grass family and belong to the genrus ORYZA .The Oryza includes 20 wild and 2 cultivated species .Among the cereals ,rice have lowest water use efficiency .Therefor ,rice canot compete with dryland cereals. Among the botanists.R.J.Roschevicz(1931)is the first person postulated that the center of origin of the section SativaRoschev, to which O.glaberrima and O.sativa belong,it was in AFRICA and that O.sativa had originated from many species .The work didnot agress about divergent array of wild species .Alarge number of scholar had agued that the first introduction Asian rice is Idian.However,de.Condolle,didnot agree and Camdolle considered China have had an earlier history of rice .During the 1920s strenghthen the popular belief that,China was one of the center of its origin . Their different are general and specific .General encyclopedia have many kinds of subject and it is only summary about subject .However ,subject encyclopedia book have everything about a subject .Their similarity are encyclopedia book .
